To whomsoever it may concern:
With reference to your letter dated 20-07-2009, asking about the work history of Mr. M.A. Clarke, I am pleased to inform you about his work history. Clarke worked in my office as assistant accountant for 2 years from 30th April 2007 to 30th April 2009. His responsibilities included passing journal entries in accounting software that was made for our company according to our financial requirements. As far as his job responsibilities are concerned, I never find a mistake in his work in last two years.
Although Mr. M.A Clarke was very good in his work and had all competencies required for an assistant accountant but he had a bad habit of taking excessive alcoholic drinks that create many disciplinary problems. He used to come to office excessively late due to alcoholic drinking at night and many times he found absent from his seat due to this problem.
Apart from the above mentioned habit, Clarke was a responsible person but his disciplinary problems caused him to be fired from his Job.
