Regarding your letter asking me about work history of Mr. Tom, it is my pleasure to give you the following information.

Mr. Tom joined us from September 2008 to April 2009 for position of Marketing Advertising. He was assigned the tasks of developing advertisement of company, keeping complete documents of customer’s data and inquiries, locating best solutions and opportunities for better business and collect outputs from new and old customers in convenient way which suits different customers.

As far as his responsibilities of advertisement belong, he has been working very hard and convincing the customers in favor of our services and products. But due to an issue I thought that he is not an ideal employee. He has been unable to achieve the target in given time. It caused many tasks pending, loss of many good customers and a bad image on our advertisement.
