Dear Mr. Kennan
Mr. George worked with us as Cashier from September 2007 to March 2009, at ABC Departmental Store. He was given the task of handling cash, checks and inquiries from customers, managing data entries and financial accounts and updating reports to the manager on daily basis.
As far as his work belongs, he is very responsible person, gives serious attention to inquiries collected from customers about cash, credit, checks etc. He is honest with his serious responsibilities regarding cash and financial accounts paying full attention. But he has a habit that caused him to be fired from job.
He has lack of cooperation with his work mates. He does not support his staff members collaboratively. This kind of attitude spreads disappointment among the work team and a lot of work goes pending. He was warned for it 2 times but he did not take it attentively.
