In reference of your letter, I am pleased to give you information about the work history of Mr. Michael.
He joined us from September 2008 to April 2009 and he was assigned the duties of Call Center Representative for customer’s services. As far as his work belongs, he fulfilled his duties delightfully, taking the responsibility of customer’s quick inquiries very serious. He has good listening ability to manipulate inquires well. But there is an issue that caused him to be discharged from his position. He is unable to meet the multi tasking requirements. If there is rush situation of customers lessens his work ability and it makes a lot of inquiries pending and unsolved.
