It has been very pleasant to work with Mr. Nitin from January 2005 to March 2009. He was assigned here as Civil Engineer at our Carolina site. He worked with full devotion to serious responsibilities of mapping, designing, material arrangement, structure maintenance, quality control and target time for specific goal. He has good skills of facing risk containing tasks. He completed all projects within target time with pure quality and discipline. He has ability to plan and handle big projects independently in disciplinary manner. He is very calmed minded and polite with his work mates. This quality of him captured the attraction of his work mates and created a cooperative team.
