Regarding your letter in which you asked me about ht e work history of Mr. Eric, I am pleased to give you the following information.
Mr. Eric joined my company from June 2007 to April 2009. He was assigned at my company with duties of Manager for material and equipments for civil construction. It was his responsibility to manage the cost and finance of construction material and to control the ware house discipline.
Most of his work has been satisfactorily completed. As far as his responsibilities to material belong, he has been active to keep the material available, keeping the work running position. But there was an issue which reflected him not an ideal employee for this position. A lot of his estimates made for material cost contained big errors. He was warned for it 2 times but he did not control the errors which made great loss to our company finance. It also caused him to be fired from his job.
On other hand, he is good at team work. His work mates created a good team with him on basis of his professionally cooperative attitude. He has ability to make a disciplined work team.
